Admin Ops Quickstart

Daily operating workflow for Request Board, events, and user/admin triage.

Ops Flow

Start in Request Board and set owner, priority, and acceptance criteria.
Track blocker + requestId + UTC in notes for all active cards.
For high/critical bugs, add docs_update: evidence in notes before marking completed.
Run route verification and close only after write-reload-verify evidence is captured.
