This will permanently deactivate your account. You will lose access to all your participation history, chat threads, and team assignments. This cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

Sign in first, then submit your request here. If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from your account email.

What is deleted

Your website/app account profile and login credentials.
Direct access to player/supporter account features tied to that profile.

What may be retained

Operational and audit records required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or nonprofit compliance.
Financial or tax-related records where retention is legally required.

Retention timeline

Deletion requests are queued for Hockey Ops and Super Admin review immediately after submission.
Approved requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Certain compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law.
