Data Deletion Requests

How to request deletion

Preferred method: visit /delete-account for the public account deletion flow and sign in there when prompted.

You can also send a request to [email protected] from the email associated with your account.

What to include

Include your full name, account email, and whether you want account deactivation only or full data deletion where legally permitted.

Processing timeline

We review identity and process valid requests as quickly as possible. Some records may be retained as required for legal, financial, safety, or audit obligations.
